REGISTRATION
To reserve your space, a completed registration form with down payment must be received. Payment in full must be received prior to the first day of summer camp. If you join after the first day of summer camp, the tuition fee will be calculated accordingly.
Tuition
Half of the tuition is due by May 1st. The other half of the tuition is due June 15th. Tuition may be paid by check (payable to “Jump” for Edison, “Brinca” for Livingston, “Salta” for Summit and “Fei Yue” Scotch Plains), ACH, Visa, Mastercard or Discover – no American Express accepted. There will be a $25.00 fee charge for canceled checks. Before/After Care payment is due upon registration and will be part of the tuition fees. If Before/After Care are needed on occasion, we will charge hourly and invoice weekly.
Late Fees
Pick-up past 6:05 p.m. incurs a $10 fee and $1 per minute thereafter.
Sibling Discount
Deduct 10% from the lowest tuition for the second child. For families of three or more children a
10% deduction of total tuition will be deducted.
Refunds and Credits
If you notify Jump! Immersion School in writing of a withdrawal by June 1st, you will receive a full refund of the tuition paid. Tuition is non-refundable after June 1st. Jump! Immersion School has the right to refund tuition to any family at any time during the summer camp program.
Protection of Methods
The methods used at Jump! Immersion School are proprietary. Use of our program in proprietary methods, outside our premises, by individuals not authorized or licensed by Jump! Immersion School in writing is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use may cause irreparable damage to Jump! Immersion School.
Lost or Broken Items
ump! Immersion School is not responsible for any items brought to summer camp that may get lost, broken or stolen. Please do not bring items to summer camp that may run the risk of getting lost or broken.
Program Waiver
I have applied for enrollment of my child at Jump! Immersion School. I have made the school aware of any health concerns, behavioral issues and other pertinent issues that pertain to my child’s education. I release all owners, administrators, instructors or participants of any claims, actions or suits which could result from accidents or injuries while enrolled in the Summer Camp at Jump! Immersion School. I understand that Jump! Immersion School reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time with a prorated refund.
